We're working on version 3.4.0 of Tactical Ops at the moment.
We're taking our time to release a very polished patch fixing all the issues reported since the last version.
The patch is currently in testing (RC6) but we keep adding and adding features and fixes.
A solid release date will announced in the forums when it's ready.
